Minimum Orders

Suppliers may advise that there is a minimum order value which that will accept, which may also incur a minimum order charge. Alternatively, you may incur a minimum order charge to deliver to certain sites.

Settings

Follow these steps to configure settings:

1. Select a Supplier from the drop down

2. Apply the following settings as required either on a for all outlets or individually

   • Minimum Order Value

   • Minimum Order Charge (the value the supplier will charge if the minimum is not reached)

   • Tax Rate

3. Click Update

   If the settings have been entered for all outlets when clicking apply this will automatically populate each outlet listed
